We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with secure online payment methods at checkout.For Australian customers, your bank will automatically convert the total from NZD into your local currency at the time of payment.

Australian orders may be subject to import GST, customs duties, or clearance fees imposed by Australian authorities. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. For New Zealand customers, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
For Australian customers, we use economy delivery that are typically processed within 1-3 business weeks.

We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 NZD for all New Zealand orders, and $25.00 NZD for all Australia orders.
